⛳Project Description:

This project involves a sewage treatment plant with a sludge pool that needs to be cleaned and processed. However, the pool has a strong odor and needs to be sealed with a cover. The cover is too large, making it too troublesome to manually lift it every day. After communication, the pool was renovated. A sealed, hydraulically openable cover was added. We designed the equipment based on the project's requirements. A stainless steel cover was used. Due to its large area and heavy weight, the cover was divided into blocks for segmented opening. The equipment uses several opening methods, including remote control, remote control, manual hydraulic opening, and local control cabinet control, to meet the needs of different opening devices. The equipment is characterized by its ability to operate normally for more than 24 hours with overflowing pool water, can be used in environments with heavy water vapor, and can be manually opened in an emergency in the event of a power outage.
