⛳Project Description:

This project's hydraulic gates serve as surface access points for an underground sewage treatment plant, with a total of thirteen gates. These entrances and exits are located throughout an urban park, and aesthetic improvements were necessary to enhance the overall aesthetics of the park. The water level is low, often causing water accumulation during the rainy season. However, the sewage treatment plant's equipment rooms are located underground, and water cannot enter the gates, requiring special waterproofing. The project involved personnel safety during maintenance, a flat site, and the gates' appearance needed to blend in with the surrounding environment. We designed an automatic lifting fence for the gates. Before the equipment is activated, an audible and visual alarm alerts nearby personnel, then slowly rises to open the gates. Once the gates are opened, the surrounding fence automatically rises to protect the excavated pit and prevent pedestrians from falling. The gates also feature invisible paving, with the entire cover plate covered in green plastic granules to match the park's greenery. This ensures that when the equipment is deactivated, the hydraulic gates blend in with the park's surroundings. On the other hand, we have taken many aspects of the equipment's waterproofing into consideration, from the structure of the door body to the installation method, so that the waterproofing of the passage door meets the requirements of the project.
