⛳Project Description:

This project involves hydraulic manhole covers for escape routes in an integrated utility tunnel project. Due to the long pipelines and numerous pieces of equipment in the tunnel, SMC sheet molding was chosen for the production of the manhole covers to ensure uniformity. This results in aesthetically pleasing covers with high load-bearing capacity. The structural design divides the hydraulic manhole cover into an upper cover, a lower cover, and a manhole ring. The upper cover is for emergency escape; in the event of an electrical failure, the handle can be pushed open to facilitate escape through the assisted cover plate. For daily use, a hydraulic pump is used to open the lower cover along with the upper cover. This product supports customization; as long as export standards are met and quantities are large, SMC material can be used as the body material for the hydraulic manhole cover. SMC material is rust-free, produces low noise, and will not experience mechanical failures even after prolonged use.
